Mr. Aubin holds the title of Chartered Accountant since August 1989 awarded by the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec (CA), the title of certified management accountant since October 1987 from the Ordre des Comptables en management accrédité du Québec (CMA), as well as a Master's degree in Fiscality (M. Fisc) from l'Université de Sherbrooke.

He is also member of the Association de planification fiscale et financière(APFF).

Mr. Aubin has completed his financial planner's title (Pl.Fin.) from the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF). He also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).

During his career, Mr. Aubin has had the opportunity to work in accounting in small, medium and large firms (Price Waterhouse), as well as in private, public and non-profit organizations. Mr. Aubin has held several management positions including director of internal and external audits, controller, director of finance, tax specialist and Vice President of Finance and Administration.
